2 night minimum on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Weekends can be broken up but Sunday will be charged as a weekend night if booked with Saturday only. Thursday will be charged as a weekend night if booked with Friday only.
Rate is for double occupancy per night. First two children (under 18) are free, additional children are only $5 per night. Additional adults, 18 and over, are $15 per night.
Cancellation policy. Full refund with 14 days prior notice minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund with less than 14 days notice. Deposit and other monies due will be charged if proper notice is not given or if customer fails to arrive at scheduled time. Sorry, no exceptions. No refund upon occupancy. Leave early or reduce days of stay still requires original agreements of days paid in full.
Discounts apply to typical rate for that date. Only one discount at a time can be used. Discounts do not apply during July and October.
The days between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day, inclusive, are at Mar - Oct Rates.
3 night stay required over Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.
