| Cancellation policy. Full refund with 14 days prior notice minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund with less than 14 days notice. Deposit and other monies due will be charged if proper notice is not given or if customer fails to arrive at scheduled time. Sorry, no exceptions. No refund upon occupancy.
